The story of Jean Ernst Leadership began in 2020, in the midst of a period of global uncertainty. Faced with an urgent need for hope and guidance, Jean Ernst Saint Juste launched live sessions on Facebook that quickly became a source of inspiration for thousands of people.

What began as a crisis response soon expanded into a larger vision: building an international community centered on leadership development, personal growth, and human transformation.

Today, Jean Ernst Leadership supports leaders in Canada, the United States, Haiti, and elsewhere. Every year, the “Celebration of Performance” brings together hundreds of participants and demonstrates the steady progress of a movement that is transforming lives, organizations, and communities.

A certified Maxwell Leadership coach, international speaker, and passionate trainer, Jean Ernst has spent years supporting leaders, entrepreneurs, pastors, and young adults in their personal and professional transformation. His unique method blends biblical principles, universal values, and modern strategies to help individuals move from .
Driven since his early childhood by a deep passion for leadership and communication, and convinced that every person on the planet is called to become a leader, he travels extensively throughout the United States and Canada, while also offering training in Haiti, to deliver a message of renewal, transformation, and impact.

Nadia Saint Juste

Maxwell Certified Coach

Nadia Saint-Juste is a trainer at the Jean Ernst Leadership platform, where she supports participants in their personal growth and human development journey. Passionate about the empowerment of individuals, particularly women, she uses her expertise to help those who wish to strengthen their identity, confidence, and leadership skills.
A certified Maxwell coach with a strong background in theology, Nadia possesses a deep understanding of human dynamics, values, and the inner meaning that fuels authentic leadership. Her approach is distinguished by its kindness, clarity, and ability to inspire each person to surpass themselves and unlock their full potential.

Jean Michel Charles

Holding a doctorate in linguistics and educational systems management, Jean Michel Charles is an educator who actively works to improve the Haitian education system. His professional career, spanning some forty years, is marked by multidimensional expertise and a constant commitment to quality education. Over the years, he has collaborated with several national and international institutions.
Currently, Jean Michel Charles is an associate professor at ISTEAH, where he teaches at the undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels. He also lectures at the doctoral school of the University Institute of Educational Sciences (IUSE-CREFI)

With solid experience gained in the private business sector, he combines the principles of leadership with business development to create strategies that facilitate the growth and sustainability of companies.

EMMANUELLA ST JUSTIN

Monitoring and Coordination Officer

Emmanuella St-Justin is the monitoring and coordination officer at the Jean Ernst Leadership platform. A sociology graduate, she is responsible for:
• Operational coordination of training programs;
• Personalized support for participants;
• Planning and organization of workshops and events;
• Liaison between trainers, teams, and partners.
Valued for her organizational skills, meticulousness, and interpersonal sensitivity, Emmanuella contributes to providing a structured, welcoming, and effective experience for all those who participate in the platform.
